How to request a correction
To report an error, use our contact page with:
- the profile's web address;
- what's wrong, and what it should say;
- a public source that shows the correct information, such as the business's website, Google Business Profile or an official record.
Business owners
If you own or manage a listed business, you can ask us to update your details, add information we couldn't verify, or remove your listing. We'll still need a public source for any new fact we publish.
What happens next
- We check the correction against the source you provide and our existing sources.
- If it's confirmed, we update the profile and its “last checked” date.
- If we can't confirm it, we'll tell you what we'd need.
