Ratings on profiles
- Where a business has a Google Business Profile, we show its Google rating and review count as they were on the date we checked.
- We link to the Google listing so you can read every review in full.
- We don't select, filter or quote reviews, and we don't calculate our own scores.
Reviews from other businesses
When one listed business has publicly reviewed another, for example to describe a working relationship, we may note that connection on both profiles, with a link to the public review. We describe the connection in our own words and don't copy the review.
Leaving a review
To review a business, use its Google Business Profile or another platform the business uses. Follow that platform's rules, and only review businesses you've actually dealt with.
What we never do
- Pay for, write or solicit reviews for any business.
- Remove or hide a rating because a business asks us to.
- Present ratings from other sites as our own.
